Patient's insurance coverage is private information between the policy holder, the insurance company, and their employer. We suggest all patients call the number on the back of their insurance card in order to verify their benefits.
Although we are a provider for most insurances, and all services provided are submittable, non-payment due to copayments, deductibles, co-insurances, or lack of vision coverage are the financial responsibility of the patient.
